He joined the Work With Dignity Foundation after his national service as a Social Defence Fellow under the Indian Administrative Fellowship 2024-25 Cohort with the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Government of India, where he led initiatives centred on dignity and social protection. He brings more than 28 years of entrepreneurial and turnaround leadership, a proven record in sustainable growth and workplace excellence, particularly in road safety, and is a strong advocate of the Right to Repair movement and skills development in the Indian automotive industry.
