SUPER 20
Skill Upgrade Program for Earnings & Respect
An initiative of Work with Dignity Foundation
Welcome to SUPER 20
The SUPER 20 program, led by the not-for-profit Foundation – Work with Dignity®, offers a ray of hope to students with potential in technology but facing barriers due to limited opportunities and resources. Tailored for those with an interest in tech careers but hindered by socio-economic challenges, it aims to bridge this gap. The initiative identifies and empowers budding tech enthusiasts, nurturing them to become future innovators. By providing support and guidance, it equips them with essential technical skills. The program fosters inclusivity and meritocracy, paving the way for a brighter future in technology.
Mentorship
In the SUPER 20 program by Work with Dignity®, mentoring sessions are to provide students with tailored guidance and support for their technology-driven career aspirations. Mentors, matched based on shared interests, meet the mentees to offer advice on professional development, technical skills, industry insights and develop soft skills. Through these sessions, mentors also provide encouragement, celebrate successes, and offer feedback to help mentees navigate challenges and set new goals. These mentoring interactions create a supportive environment where students can thrive and develop the skills needed to succeed in the technology sector.
